An Invitation to Exhibit at the Unmanned Aircraft Conference

We are delighted to invite companies and organizations to participate in the 19th Annual UAS TAAC Event, to be held at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on December 4-7, 2017.

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to personally present your products and services to approximately 450 individuals and organizations with interests in UAS.  Many federal agencies, private industry, and educational institutions will be represented.

UAS TAAC Exhibit Hours

Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between attendees and exhibitor personnel:

Monday, December 4 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 5 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. (during breaks and meals)
Wednesday, December 6 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.(during breaks and meals)

If it is necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the event, Exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.

Installation, Opening, and Dismantling

Display space will be available for set-up as follows:

The exhibits will officially open at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, and all exhibits will remain in place until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6.

Shipping and Storage

TAAC Conference Exhibitors who are shipping materials should arrange for delivery to Eldorado Hotel & Spa no earlier than Thursday, November 30. Exhibitors may arrange for a drayage company to hold their boxes until the requested delivery date.

Exhibitor Privileges

UAS TAAC exhibitor space includes the following:

·         8’ X 10’ booth space area

·         One (1) 6’ table with linen cover and 2 chairs

·         500 watts of power

Please Note: Exhibit displays cannot exceed 10′ wide unless purchasing extra booth spaces.

Security

TAAC Conference Exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their own booths. Please do not leave equipment or irreplaceable items unattended, including overnight. Exhibitors are advised to carry special insurance to cover exhibit materials against damage and loss.

Rental Charges and Space Reservations

All exhibitors MUST register for the UAS TAAC general sessions.  Display space will cost $1,000.00 per 8’ X 10’ booth, plus General Session registration; each additional space is $1,000, plus General Session registration. Reservations will be accepted until November 27, 2017. Display space will be reserved on availability basis.  To reserve space, complete the registration form on the UAS TAAC website, which includes a section for Exhibitor Registration, and submit with payment.  Please remit total payment by check or credit card with your registration form. The last day to pay by check is November 15.  Exhibitor registration is contingent upon TAAC approval to exhibit.

UAS TAAC Registration

If more than one person from the same company is attending, only one person will register using the Exhibitor Registration form and pay for the exhibit booth.  The other attendees will register using the same form, but they will skip the exhibitor section.  The registration form has the option of registering several individuals at one time and making the payment on the final page for all registered attendees with one form of payment.

Deadline

The deadline for reserving exhibit space is November 27, 2017. After this date, exhibitor reservations are contingent upon availability.
